Strategic Partnership Development Manager

 Job Description:

As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing strategic relationships with potential partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with organizations to drive business growth.
  • Handle the entire student enrollment process, from initiation to completion.
  • Manage leads from B2B partners, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy of documents provided by partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular feedback calls and follow-ups.
  • Optimize lead utilization, reduce Turn-Around-Time (TAT), and enhance connectivity with multiple attempts.
  • Promote cross-disciplinary collaboration within the organization, partnering with employees across departments to ensure effective project closure.

 Requirements:

Our ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business development. Additionally, they should have excellent verbal communication and listening skills, demonstrate a keen interest in education and innovation, and possess acumen for sales.
