We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Level 3 Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) support and release management specialist.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a remote environment, with expertise on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and third-party call recording platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and third-party call recording platforms.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation, and initiate process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, and release management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in UCCE or PCCE email and voice communication, teamwork, PowerPoint presentation preparation, and Excel-related analytics.
  • Familiarity with VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process awareness.
  • Understanding of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Experience working in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
