UCCE Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Engineer to join our organization.

  • This role requires experience in supporting Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions as well as 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Familiarity with Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, and CUIC is essential for this role including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms as well as a clear understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Experience in deploying Cisco Voice network models and understanding the functioning of voice network devices is crucial.
  • A solid grasp of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement UCCE solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of contact center services.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing UCCE infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UCCE engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python is a plus.
