We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise UCCE Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions and be able to provide expert-level support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise for the design, implementation, and management of UCCE solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and technologies.
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex issues, escalating as necessary to senior engineers or vendors.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of internal teams and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in UCCE technology and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco UCCE solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support and solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with VOIP protocols, including SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Understanding of telecom infrastructure protocols, including ISDN and analog signaling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
