Logistics Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Specialist to join our team at Bilander Logistics Private Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into long-term business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in NVOCC or freight forwarding, and strong knowledge of logistics, shipping operations, and regional market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage relationships with carriers.
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in NVOCC or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping operations, and regional market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in handling shipping documentation and regulatory compliance.
Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum.
