Job Title: ServiceNow QA Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow QA professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our HR systems.

Your primary focus will be on designing and executing test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague experience, specifically in the employee-facing side of HR systems.
  • Expertise in testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Workflow automation skills, particularly in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
  • Performance testing skills, evaluating the performance of integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Regression testing skills, conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.
