Job Title: ServiceNow Engineer

About the Role:

Our team is seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to ensure the smooth operation of our platform. This role involves overseeing daily administration tasks, handling service requests, and managing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user access, alerts, groups, roles, and other administrative tasks
  • Process service requests, reports, and automation items
  • Modify workflows, UI forms, and catalog items to enhance performance
  • Monitor system performance and conduct routine health checks
  • Manage API integrations, transform maps, and resolve mid-server issues
  • Implement changes within 24 hours

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, CMDB, Asset, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of access control, workflow configuration, and system performance optimization
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • ServiceNow certification is preferred but not required
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
