Client Relationship Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to develop and maintain long-lasting client partnerships, ensuring complete satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses.
- Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing client reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 3 years experience in client-facing role, preferably in marketing or advertising agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel & PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Digital marketing knowledge.
- Social media expertise.
- Online advertising skills.
