Business Development and Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development and Partnership Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to launch new products or services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (preferably engineering) and minimum 3+ years of experience in account management/client management/business development roles.
  • Experience in operational/business development roles in high-growth startups is a significant plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills & attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft office, including Excel.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi &/or other relevant regional languages.
  • Excited to travel, meet people, and build life-long relationships.
  • Strong ownership mindset along with a hunger to learn and iterate.
