About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships with real estate developers and channel partners.
Your key objectives will include unlocking new business opportunities, scaling pre-approved real estate projects, and ensuring that we remain the preferred home loan partner at every project site.
As a Business Development expert, you will work closely with builder sales teams and channel partners to drive conversions, onboard new projects, and ensure seamless project onboarding processes.
You will also play a critical role in resolving documentation challenges and supporting customers throughout their home loan journey.
This is a high-energy role that requires go-getters who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a meaningful impact on our growth story in the real estate sector.
- Establish strategic partnerships with real estate developers and channel partners.
- Drive conversions by working closely with builder sales teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance of submitted documents with standard operating procedures related to APF login.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain a strong presence at builder sites to enhance our market share.
