Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to lead and manage end-to-end procurement transition projects, including vendor onboarding/offboarding, system integration, and contract transitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead procurement transitions from initiation through execution.
- Develop project timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
- Ensure procurement compliance and knowledge transfer.
- Report on budgets, milestones, and outcomes to senior management.
- Bachelor's in business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or CIPS/CPM preferred).
- 6–8 years in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
- Proven transition and vendor management experience.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with procurement tools and ERP systems.
- MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of transition planning, stakeholder management, and compliance, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
