Business Development is a key role within our organization, driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and market analysis.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our product department in Mumbai, ensuring its continued success and momentum.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial sector, with proven experience in business development for advisory reports and strong connections with PSU Banks and Private Banks.

  1. To identify and secure mandates from banks, FIs, NBFCs, ARCs, and PEs for our products in the designated region
  2. To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including bankers and decision-makers
  3. To finalize commercial terms for mandates in consultation with vertical heads
  4. To coordinate with execution teams for timely execution of mandates
  5. To serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional communication skills
  6. To analyze market trends and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  7. To submit final reports, ensure invoice creation, and collect payments for completed mandates
  8. To gather and disseminate sectoral knowledge to keep bankers informed
  9. To meet or exceed targets set for the timeframe

Required Skills:

a) Proven experience in business development for advisory reports

b) Strong connections with PSU Banks and Private Banks

c) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

d) Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

e) 10 years of experience in business development within the financial domain
