Technical Support Role at Pluck Your Day

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support professional to join our team at Pluck Your Day. As an IT Tech Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to our employees, ensuring they can perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to financial applications, providing timely and accurate solutions to our employees.
  • Customer Feedback: Provide regular feedback to customers on the status of their issues, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the support they receive.
  • Application Support: Assist in the roll-out of new applications, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our employees.
  • Rotational Shifts: Be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality records, adhering to our company's schedule and policies.
  • Quality of Service: Provide high-quality service to our customers, using the right tools and knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Compliance: Follow established processes, procedures, and company policies, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new deployments and system updates, ensuring you have the necessary skills to provide effective support.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including FCR, Schedule Adherence, Quality, and CSAT.
