Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at PNR Software Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for escalating issues to the appropriate groups and tracking problem resolution.
  • Failure Analysis: The IT Support Specialist will conduct frequent failure analysis and follow up with application teams from issue resolution and prioritization.
  • Alert Metrics Analysis: The IT Support Specialist will analyze alert metrics from various applications to arrive at recurrent production issues.
  • Risk Management: The IT Support Specialist will manage risks and assist in resolving issues that affect the release scope and quality.
  • Reporting: The IT Support Specialist will generate system health check reports, site traffic, and order status reports, and provide key performance indicator reports to higher management.
  • Root Cause Analysis: The IT Support Specialist will establish the root causes of application errors and escalate serious concerns to the Senior Engineer.
  • Performance Monitoring: The IT Support Specialist will monitor network and application performance to identify irregular activity using AWS tools.
  • Availability: The IT Support Specialist must be willing to work in rotation on a 24x7 schedule and be available on call at other times due to the critical nature of the role.
