We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Director to drive sales success and foster a high-performance culture at OmniMD.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader passionate about driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve exceptional customer experience and organizational sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Collaborate with sales managers to create and refine effective telesales strategies that enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Lead and Manage SDR Team: Oversee the SDR team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and providing guidance to meet KPIs and sales quotas.
  • Develop and Maintain Sales Scripts: Create and update sales scripts and customer response templates to guide SDRs in their interactions with potential or existing clients.
  • Engage with Customers: Engage with existing and potential customers to showcase products and services, ensuring a personalized approach and building strong relationships.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of telesales initiatives and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or in a similar leadership role in sales, preferably with a background in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting, with an analytical mindset to interpret sales metrics and data-driven insights.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to guide the team effectively and achieve sales targets.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This is a competitive offer that reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
