About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our sales strategies and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in SaaS sales, IT product sales, account management, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry.

This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sustainable revenue growth on a global scale. As a Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all business verticals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and close strategic deals.
SaaS & IT Product Sales:
  • Drive sales for SaaS products and IT solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for IT product and service offerings.
Account Management:
  • Foster long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery of value.
  • Oversee account planning, performance tracking, and revenue forecasting.
Staffing & Workforce Solutions:
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of the staffing industry to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align sales goals with staffing capabilities.
Requirements:Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 20+ years of proven track record in SaaS sales, IT product sales, account management, and staffing solutions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft and execute long-term sales strategies while achieving short-term goals.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS products, IT solutions, and the staffing industry ecosystem.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and other sales enablement technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications in SaaS or IT sales methodologies are a plus.
  • Strong global network of industry professionals and potential clients.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
