About the Role

Adept Global is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our passenger sales team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of identifying targets and securing business opportunities across passenger, commercial, and private jet products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify targets and secure business opportunities across passenger, commercial, and private jet products.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop sales strategies and implement related business objectives across the region.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
  • Secure profitable new clients through direct interactions.
  • Drive future growth and enhance the company's position as a market leader.
  • Implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and ensure a robust market presence.
  • Support the development of passenger strategies and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Attract new clients/accounts and increase annual revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing a team
  • Knowledge of the local market
  • Experience in Aviation industry

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at ₹15,00,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards. This includes a basic salary, performance-related incentives, and benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
