About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Director to lead our SDR team and drive sales growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates and scale our sales operations
  • Create and optimize sales playbooks for successful market penetration
  • Cultivate high-performing SDRs through coaching and performance metric improvement
  • Collaborate with AEs to ensure seamless lead handoffs and pipeline management
  • Promote innovation in outbound sales processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years managing SDR teams
  • Proven track record of scaling outbound sales operations and achieving aggressive targets
  • Experience selling to the US SMB market
  • Strong understanding of sales tech stack and modern outbound strategies
  • Data-driven approach to sales optimization
  • Excellent leadership and team building capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or startup environments
  • History of leading and scaling an SDR team for the North American market
