Global Human Resources Director

Role
In the capacity of Global Director of People & Culture, you will orchestrate the People & Culture team across all regions. Your role involves cultivating elevated levels of employee engagement while steering the team to deliver exceptional service. In partnership with your Regional Directors, you will oversee a wide array of operational HR processes, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and the annual fiscal planning process. You will skillfully translate corporate strategy into regional operational plans, facilitating internal development while placing a pronounced emphasis on enhancing the employer brand.
Key Expectations
- Foster a positive and motivational organizational culture.
- Ensure team members embody and exemplify the core values, comprehend the brand ethos, and inspire them to act as brand ambassadors.
- Develop, analyze, and report on HR metrics and other pertinent workforce data.
- Assess organizational structures, processes, and procedures, and design, facilitate, and recommend HR solutions that align with business imperatives.
- Implement change management initiatives in collaboration with leadership to address topics that enhance overall organizational performance.
- Collaborate with recruiters to attract and onboard premier hospitality talent across all regions.
- Oversee the annual payroll budget, as well as the compensation and benefits administration processes and programs.
Qualifications
- Possesses a minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity within Human Resources, ideally within the service-oriented industry associated with a multinational corporation.
- Demonstrates expertise in employment legislation pertinent to one of our principal regions, alongside a foundational understanding of labor relations in other operational territories.
- Exhibits the capacity to deliver presentations and training sessions in a succinct and methodically organized fashion.
- Possesses exceptional social, interpersonal, and organizational acumen.
- Holds an advanced proficiency in English, encompassing both written and verbal communication; proficiency in other languages is considered advantageous.
- Available for occasional travel engagements.
