Jio Application Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team at Jio, providing technical expertise and support for our enterprise applications in telecom and contact center environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support for applications in 24 x 7 mode, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with business users and backend support teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain expertise in latest technologies, including Elastic search, Kibana, and related tools.
- Coordinate with TAC for Level 4 support and provide necessary logs or configuration details.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Contact Center/Telecom/Enterprise IT/Banking industry.
- Experience in handling Enterprise/Telecom customer-facing applications involving Web, application, and DB layers.
- Working knowledge of latest/next-gen technologies, including Elastic search, Kibana, Logstash, Content caching, and Mongo DB.
- Understanding and exposure to DB (Oracle, Mongo DB, SQL) will be an added advantage.
