About The Sleep Company

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to our Shopify platform and other tech-based systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for any issues related to the Shopify platform.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues on various company apps and technology systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product teams, to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
  • Document issues and resolutions for future reference and create support guides for common problems.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure all applications are running smoothly.
  • Handle inquiries through tickets, emails, or chat, providing timely solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company applications to offer the best possible support.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in an app or tech support role.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Shopify and experience troubleshooting app or tech issues.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Ability to work in shifts or flexible hours when required.

Familiarity with issue tracking software and ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Previous experience in providing support for tech-based products or apps.
