Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead to oversee the management of mission-critical cloud infrastructure for our global customers.

This role requires providing 24x7 managed support for these cloud environments, overseeing a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate will work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to provide inputs and suggestions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with partners to identify opportunities and enable their success.
  • Evaluate and ensure customer satisfaction meets or exceeds benchmarks.
  • Resolve issues holistically by focusing on the complete problem.
  • Review tickets and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Lead a team of Cloud Engineers, provide technical guidance, and expertise where required.
  • Act as the L3 in case of escalations and resolve issues with a hands-on approach.
  • Interact with customers via tickets, calls, emails, and periodic sync-up calls.
  • Evaluate team member performance on a periodic basis and provide feedback to the team and HR.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of providing L3 technical support in a cloud-first data center or cloud support services organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud, containers, virtualization, and its supporting technologies and concepts.
