Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service within defined service levels.

We will be looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can effectively manage both electronic and manual customer order entry, as well as resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EDI and manual customer order entry processes.
  • Resolve customer backlog issues, including confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation, reconciliation, and resolving delivery discrepancies.
  • Communicate daily with Asset and Supply Chain Planner and customers regarding supply situation updates.
  • Ensure compliance with export rules for controlled products, including preparation of export licenses.
  • Be accountable for delivering customer orders on time and resolving shipping and price discrepancies.
  • Manage customer returns/RMA and invoice discrepancies.
  • Provide timely communication to customers regarding order confirmations, shipping, and tracking information.
  • Create and send regular reports to customers detailing their order status.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the electronics industry.
  • Strong customer service background with a focus on customer orientation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a process-driven approach.
  • High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Capacity to respond professionally in high-pressure commercial environments.
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
  • English language proficiency is mandatory.
