Frontline Customer Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate product information to customers.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in resolving basic queries and escalating issues when required.
- Communicate clearly in Hindi and English at all times.
- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction by delivering quality conversations.
Requirements for this Role:
- 0-6 months of experience in customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of a third language is an added advantage.
- Good listening skills, patience, and a positive approach to handling queries.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to use CRM tools.
