Job Title: Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Support Specialist to provide top-notch service support for complex systems, ensuring 100% compliance with operational parameters and SLAs.

About the Role:

As a Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance jobs on time, handling a team of engineers, and achieving order booking and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert service support for complex BMS/IBMS/Security Systems/Life Safety Systems etc.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance jobs on time, ensuring 100% compliance with operational parameters.
  • Handle a team of service engineers on HAIL/Subcontract payroll.
  • Achieve order booking, revenue, and collection targets every month.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar domain.
  • Ability to handle a team of engineers on HAIL/Subcontract payroll.
  • Team player with effective communication skills, customer-facing, result-oriented, and hardworking.
  • Diploma or BE in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Honeywell BMS, EBI, or similar expertise.
