  • You will validate issue fixes in our internal testing environment based on customer input.\
  • In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years of customer-facing experience is required.\
  • Experience in managing application or infrastructure support at L1 level for at least 3 years is essential.\
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is highly desirable.\
  • You must have experience in handling customer-related queries on system functionality and providing required support.\
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.\
  • Technical background in Java and scripting is an added advantage.
