MQ Technical Support Specialist

  • Thoroughly review MQ specification documents to ensure completeness and adherence to new business application requirements.
  • Validate MQ configuration requests against existing configurations to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
  • Implement configuration changes to the MQ Listener, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Utilize configuration tooling (FYC) to streamline and automate the configuration process.
  • Deploy updated configuration artefacts to requesting business applications, guaranteeing efficient and reliable system performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide support, resolve issues, and validate requirements within their specific areas of responsibility.
  • Contribute expert input to enhance the configuration tooling infrastructure, proposing innovative solutions to improve functionality and efficiency.
