We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to provide expert-level assistance for all personal computing devices and associated equipment.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote technical support to employees, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and web form requests for technical support, using problem-solving skills to resolve on first contact.
- Solve technical problems or requests, ensuring support incidents are resolved within standard service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers as required, utilizing strong communication skills to facilitate smooth interactions.
- 2-year IT technical training or equivalent experience desired.
- Experience in a customer service-oriented customer support environment and IT service desk environment is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Business Products, LAN, WAN, Microsoft O365 products, Teams, Azure, Outlook, and Workstation management support is essential.
