Job Title: IT Support Specialist

At a leading technology firm, we seek an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support across systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System & User Support
  • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls, utilizing tools such as Active Directory, Intune, and O365.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues, applying analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Networking & Infrastructure
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches, ensuring network security and stability.
  • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions, providing secure and reliable access to resources.
  • Server & Application Support
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments, ensuring data integrity and system availability.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam, minimizing downtime and data loss.
  • Support SQL Server databases, performing basic administration, backup, and monitoring tasks.
  • Cloud & Security
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online), ensuring secure and efficient collaboration.
  • Manage Azure services, including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automating testing, deployment, and artifact management.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and international standards.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices, minimizing risk and ensuring data protection.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing relevant information and supporting the audit process.
