Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Support Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle Oracle EBS R12 systems.
  • Manage Order Management in Oracle.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions and submissions in business systems.
  • Raise invoices for customers.
  • Create RA Bills.
  • Book Cost in business systems.
  • Book freight invoices of Vendors.
  • Analyze Project transactions and project margin fluctuations.
  • Develop and maintain project forecasts, including budget estimates and timeline projections.
  • Maintain Project Schedules and Milestone Payments.
  • Analyze Variance between Actuals and Forecasts.
  • Update Project review files for cost and forecast.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Qualification: MCom.
  • Experience of 5 years and above.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Systems.
  • Preferred with good hands-on experience of Oracle.
  • Basic Project Accounting knowledge AR & AP.
  • Understand Budgeting, Customer invoicing & Material management (Purchase to Pay).
  • Good analytical skills and should exhibit good ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent Spoken and Written Communication skills in English.
  • Well-versed in MS Office products and proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA in Finance can be added advantage.
