Job Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service and Support professional to join our team.

This role involves providing top-notch customer service and support, handling Oracle EBS R12 systems, order management, purchase requisitions, invoicing, cost booking, freight invoice booking, project transaction analysis, and project margin fluctuation.

  • Handle Oracle EBS R12 systems with expertise.
  • Manage orders in Oracle efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit purchase requisitions in business systems.
  • Raise invoices for customers promptly.
  • Create RA Bills accurately.
  • Perform cost booking in business systems effectively.
  • Book freight invoices from vendors on time.
  • Analyze project transactions and project margin fluctuations regularly.
  • Develop and maintain project forecasts, including budget estimates, and timeline projections.
  • Maintain project schedules and milestone payments.
  • Conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts.
  • Update project review files for cost and forecast.
