
Sales and Business Development Expert

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business development and growth in the government sector.
The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge, proven experience in government IT sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for hardware and IT solutions in government sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and defence organizations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and tenders.
- Stay updated on government procurement policies and IT hardware requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and pipeline to management.
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics or MBA (preferred).
- 4–5 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales.
- Strong track record of handling government clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of IT hardware solutions and procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
