Job Title: Business Operations Expert

As a pivotal member of the Sales Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes.

  • Develop and maintain systemic accuracy and usability of sales tools through timely and accurate resolution of support tickets.

You will be responsible for managing a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution. Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders, assist in scheduled maintenance, maintain SLA targets, manage access and visibility issues, and document best practices and usage.

Requirements

At least 5+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified is required. Experience as a Salesforce Administrator is highly preferred. You should have good knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology, focusing on data security and territory management. Experience with sales processes and sales environment is a plus.

Knowledge of Salesforce tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions is essential for this role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also required.
