Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall performance of a business branch.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient business processes and achieving operational targets.
  • Lead staff management, customer relations, sales, marketing, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead the team in meeting sales goals and promoting the brand through various campaigns and events.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high-quality customer service by promptly resolving complaints and engaging proactively with customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and potential partners.

Staff Management & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate branch staff members.
  • Provide continuous development opportunities through training, mentoring, and feedback.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor branch expenses, financial performance, and budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to senior management on branch performance.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure branch operations adhere to all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and financial accuracy.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Coordinate local marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to promote the company's services.
  • Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in branch operations, management, or similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
