We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet prospective healthcare providers and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing the value proposition and features of our solution.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities.
  • Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan, including outbound and inbound prospect management.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and expertly close deals.
  • Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, and events to enhance brand awareness.
  • Connect product value propositions with customer requirements.
  • Report daily on sales tools and CRM.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2-5 years of sales/Business Development experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Prior experience in MedTech/Healthcare/Pharma/Direct Sales/B2C.
  4. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
  5. Proficiency in lead generation and sales techniques.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
