Purpose

We drive business growth in specific industries through strategic partnerships, cross-selling, and customer relationship management to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • We provide input into sales planning for assigned territories, identify potential clients, and forecast market trends.
  • We monitor sales targets on a weekly basis and initiate corrective action as required.
  • We ensure adherence to sales performance at the territory level.
  • We identify business opportunities from multiple channels and develop pursuit plans.
  • We negotiate and finalize terms with clients, including product specifications, payment terms, and timelines.
  • We build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and resolve queries efficiently.
  • We identify opportunities for integrated solutions and ensure customer specifications are documented and communicated effectively.
  • We liaise with operations teams to execute orders within predefined timelines and criteria.
  • We ensure collections from clients and timely dispatch of goods to client sites.
  • We enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries.
  • We lead the establishment of service centers or partner agencies for quick after-sales services.
  • We provide technical support to customers on after-sales related issues.
  • We resolve customer complaints within predefined timelines and log customer interaction activities properly.
