Staffing Operations Specialist

The HR Compliance Coordinator will oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding process for US-based employees and contractors.
This includes coordinating background checks, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

- MSP and Client Portal Management
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Process Documentation
- Federal and Client-Specific Compliance
- Asset Return Tracking
- Client and Vendor Coordination
- Audit Readiness Support
- 1-3 years of experience in US Staffing Operations, HR Coordination, or Compliance Support
- Hands-on experience with MSP portals (e.g. Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa)
- Working knowledge of US federal employment regulations
- Experience preparing and maintaining SOPs or process documentation
- Familiarity with background check portals and onboarding processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document tracking tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and a quick learner
