Apave International is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee day-to-day operations and drive corporate goals. This key role involves leading assigned regions, driving revenue and profit objectives while maintaining quality and consistency of work performed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a professional specialist for the organization in applying related rules, regulations, requirements, concepts, principles, and processes.
  2. Collaborate with Business Unit Managers to develop strategic business plans and budget.
  3. Manage daily business operations to achieve business plan objectives and compliance with corporate targets.
  4. Provide support in reporting labor utilization, status of billings, and revenue forecast.
  5. Assist in managing day-to-day operations to meet client requirements, scheduling, staffing, and completion of assignments.
  6. Resolve work-related client issues including scope of work, service quality, and billing.
  7. Maintain awareness of market opportunities, competitive threats, and needs for improvement in technology, services, and manpower.
  8. Promote Apave International's services and capabilities to customers and monitor execution of similar activities by subordinates.
  9. Monitor staff utilization within assigned region on billable and essential non-billable work, taking action to relieve workload imbalances and monitor over- or under-utilization of staff.
  10. Serve as Account Manager to designated customers and potential customers, actively promoting Apave International's services and capabilities throughout the business community.
  11. Commit to continually improving HSQE performance, comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and other requirements relating to HSQE aspects, objectives, and targets.
  12. Comply with health & safety, Quality & EMS systems at all workplaces.
  13. Evaluate employee performance, recommend compensation adjustments, advancements, and changes in staffing.
  14. Monitor employees and contractors to ensure they perform work in accordance with Apave International policies, including the Company's Code of Ethics.

This position requires 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent from an accredited university, preferably in an engineering/technical discipline or equivalent experience.
