We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily activities, drive revenue and profit goals, ensure quality and consistency of work, and maintain compliance with policies.

About the Role

This key position requires a professional specialist who can apply related rules, regulations, requirements, concepts, principles, and processes effectively.

  1. Assist Business Unit Managers in developing short and long-term business strategies and budgets.
  2. Manage day-to-day business operations to achieve business plan objectives, budget targets, and compliance with performance indicators.
  3. Collaborate with teams to report labor utilization, billing status, and revenue forecasts.
  4. Implement measures to meet client requirements, scheduling, staffing, and assignment completion.
  5. Resolve work-related client issues, including scope of work, service quality, and billing.
  6. Maintain awareness of market opportunities, competitive threats, and needs for improvement in technology, services, and manpower.
  7. Promote our services and capabilities to customers and monitor similar activities by subordinates.
  8. Monitor staff utilization within assigned regions, relieving workload imbalances and addressing over- or under-utilization.
  9. Serve as Account Manager to designated customers and promote services throughout the business community.
  10. Commit to continually improving HSQE performance, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and adhering to health and safety, Quality, and EMS systems.
  11. Appraise employee performance, recommend compensation adjustments, advancements, and changes in staffing.
Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role is required. A Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent from an accredited university, preferably in an engineering/technical discipline, is preferred.

Candidates must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
