Job Overview

As a key operational leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch activities, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing business strategies.

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
  • Manage resource allocation for personnel and equipment.
  • Plan and administer route assignments, duty schedules, and audit protocols.
  • Ensure timely cash handling and transportation.
  • Monitor performance against agreed-upon service level agreements.
  • Conduct surprise audits to ensure adherence to established processes.
  • Collaborate with ATM executives to track and report on daily operations.
  • Administer requirements to facilitate hassle-free operations.
  • Create crew rosters according to dispatch schedules.
  • Maintain records of ATM takeover and handover.
  • Implement risk mitigation procedures to minimize cash losses.
  • Dispatch routes from the branch in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with vault officers and bank officials for cash replenishment.
  • Communicate tasks and standard operating procedures to team members.
