**Job Description:**The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role involves managing various aspects of office operations, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and staff coordination.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage office supplies and equipment to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
* Oversee maintenance and repairs of office facilities to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
* Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to promote best practices.**Required Skills and Qualifications:**• 2+ years of experience in office management or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
