
HR Talent Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization's human resources department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. They will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, as well as implementing policies and procedures that support business growth.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the organization.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, consultants, referrals, and networking within the industry.
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
- Ensure timely and quality-driven recruitment processes.
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rate.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
