
HR Talent Manager

Job Brief:
- Oversee the human resource function, encompassing recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance issues through self-motivation and methodical approach.
- Coordinate benefit programs, compensation, and leave management for optimal results.
- Interpret data to inform strategic HR decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in Statutory Compliance and Audit (EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.)
- Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Statutes
- Proficiency in payroll management and MIS reports
- Strong background in Human Resource Administration and Recruitment
- Employee Welfare and Insurance handling
- Experience in Full and Final Settlements, EPF Settlements
- Knowledge of Cess Assessment
- Proficiency in procuring CLRA and BOCW Licenses and staying updated with amendments
- Handling clearance of Labour Notices under Statutory bodies
- Conducting internal statutory audits at project sites
