Job Brief:

  • Oversee the human resource function, encompassing recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance issues through self-motivation and methodical approach.
  • Coordinate benefit programs, compensation, and leave management for optimal results.
  • Interpret data to inform strategic HR decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Statutory Compliance and Audit (EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Statutes
  • Proficiency in payroll management and MIS reports
  • Strong background in Human Resource Administration and Recruitment
  • Employee Welfare and Insurance handling
  • Experience in Full and Final Settlements, EPF Settlements
  • Knowledge of Cess Assessment
  • Proficiency in procuring CLRA and BOCW Licenses and staying updated with amendments
  • Handling clearance of Labour Notices under Statutory bodies
  • Conducting internal statutory audits at project sites
