Strategic HR Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and execute the Group HR Strategy, aligning with business goals. This role involves driving HR synergies across all group companies regarding policies and practices.

Leadership & Talent Management

The ideal candidate will lead our leadership talent strategy: assessment, development, and succession for CXOs and key roles. They will manage our Group-wide HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs, ensuring strong succession planning for all critical roles. Additionally, they will promote talent mobility across the group.

Performance & Rewards

This role oversees the Group Performance Management Framework for CEOs and L1s. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to create and implement Executive Compensation Structures.

Business Partnership

The chosen professional will partner with CEOs and CHROs for aligned HR delivery across companies. They will establish a Group HR Council for shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice execution. Reporting to the Board on HR matters such as people risks, succession, engagement, and culture is also a key responsibility.
