Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as Talent Management Specialist. This role will involve partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and retain top talent that aligns with the organization's needs and values.

In this capacity, you will lead HRBP teams to drive focus and progress on critical human resource metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits.

You will also be responsible for coaching business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams, identifying critical roles, and key talent, and developing plans to staff these roles with key talent.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, and a proven track record of experience in progressively senior HR leadership roles within complex organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop strategic plans for attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.
  • Lead HRBP teams to drive focus and progress on critical human resource metrics.
  • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams.
  • Identify critical roles and key talent, and develop plans to staff these roles.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans to support major organizational transformations.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in human resources leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to coach and develop business leaders and managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is desirable.
