Talent Management Lead

This role involves designing, executing and governing strategic Talent Management initiatives to cultivate a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and implementing a robust Talent Management strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
  2. Developing and executing succession planning processes to identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles.
  3. Managing the Competency Management framework to identify skills gaps in the current workforce and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
  4. Utilizing HR analytics to identify talent groups, trends, risks/opportunities for leadership decisions and preparing dashboards and reports on talent metrics.
  5. Collaborating with Business leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.
  6. Designing, managing, and measuring leadership interventions across levels to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
  7. Driving organization-wide implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience and an MBA/PGPM (HR) qualification background. They should possess excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.

Proficient in Data Management and analysis, they should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent Vendor Management Skill.
