
Head of Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:
This role oversees the entire HR lifecycle, encompassing talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
A high-performing professional with exceptional execution skills is required to drive process improvements and align business goals with people practices.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, collaborate with department heads, utilize job portals, referrals, and agency partners to attract top talent, build a robust talent pool, own pre-onboarding and induction processes.
- Learning & Development: Conduct training needs analysis, plan, schedule, and implement internal and external training programs, partner with external trainers, track training effectiveness.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation, oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, manage statutory compliance support, handle employee grievances, policy queries, HR helpdesk responsibilities.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, support internal communications, champion employee well-being, drive annual employee feedback surveys.
- HR Policies, Systems & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, maintain and update the employee handbook, code of conduct, HR SOPs, contribute to HR audits, ISO compliance, documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree / MBA in Human Resources Management or Post-Graduate Diploma in HR (PGDHRM) from a recognized institute.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in HR functions (Recruitment, Operations & L&D).
Skill Requirements:
- Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, labour laws, and HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and employee relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, Excel, and document management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
