Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive volume hiring in our Mysuru, India office.

  • This role reports directly to the TA Head and collaborates closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition into Service Delivery teams, building overall talent strategy, and determining the number, skills, and experience of individuals needed to meet client requirements and improve team productivity.
  • This position involves working on talent strategy design, planning, acquisition, and forecasting.
  • Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers is also a key aspect of this role.
  • The successful candidate will own the end-to-end recruitment process from initial approvals to onboarding, driving special projects/initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all aspects of the recruitment and selection process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or equivalent education and experience are required.
  • At least 12+ years of related experience are necessary.
  • Experience in managing people and extensive knowledge of HR data and systems are essential.
  • Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and operate autonomously.
