Role: Artist/Creator Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including setup, selection, and timeline management.
  • Work with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Support identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining relationships.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability for client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and influencers' strengths.
  • Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, manage high-potential creators, and support their growth, career success, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt resolution of concerns.

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1 year experience in artist/influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
