Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and support all HR functions within our organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Lead performance management efforts and employee development plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS) and track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism).
- Oversee training and development of employees and promote a positive company culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. 7-10 years of HR management experience with strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.
